At Wheelers Luxury Gifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury item is not quite right, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Place the item in its original designer packaging, ensuring all luxury tags, dust bags, and authentication cards are included and intact.

  Ship to Wheelers

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized courier point, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
